At Twinings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your tea arrives damaged or is not what you expected, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the tea is in its original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
